Returns & Refunds

Because our books are custom-made especially for your child, returns or refunds are not possible once production has started.

This applies to all personalized products created according to your individual specifications.

Exceptions

Of course, if your order arrives:

 - damaged

 - defective

 - with a printing error

 - or with incorrect personalization due to our mistake

please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly offer:

 - a free replacement or

 - a full refund

Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

 

Shipping returns (if applicable)

If a return is approved due to damage or defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
