At Zoia Books, every book is made especially for your child. Because our products are custom printed, please allow a little time for production before shipping.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days

  • Personalized items enter production shortly after the order is placed

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on location and seasonal demand.

  • Germany: approx. 5 business days

  • Other EU countries: approx. 7 business days

  • United Kingdom: approx. 5 business days

  • United States: approx. 7 business days

  • Canada: approx. 10 business days

Please note: delivery times are calculated from the shipping date, not the order date.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For orders within the EU, no additional customs fees apply.

  • For orders shipped outside the EU (e.g. USA, Canada, UK), customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly.

We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact us at zoia.books@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
