We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise

  • Prices include or exclude VAT depending on our current tax status

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders for personalized products can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Zoia Books is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Seasonal demand

  • Force majeure events

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or refunds are not possible unless:
